Le Soulier offers a unique, bespoke and personal hand painted service. Should the Client wish to place an order with Le Soulier, Le Soulier will then discuss with the Client by phone or by email the Client’s exact individual requirements, from here details will be confirmed in writing.

Le Soulier will confirm in writing each order placed, notifying the Client of price (excluding final delivery cost) and time scale. Time scale is defined as the period of time taken from receipt of the clients shoes to the date Le Soulier despatches the completed shoes. Also included in the written confirmation will be a design brief outlining the provision of bespoke hand painted work to be carried out as per the Client’s requests.

Prior to commencing work on the Clients own shoe’s, a full colour design illustration will be created to help give an insight as to how the Client can expect their completed shoes to look. This illustration is an artist’s impression only and therefore could be subject to change without prior notice should Le Soulier deem necessary. Should the Client not be satisfied with the design illustration upon receipt, the Client must make this known immediately in writing prior to the commencement of the hand painted service being carried out on the Clients own shoes. Please note that the client must send their shoes to Le Soulier before any bespoke design illustrations can be drawn up. Should the client change their mind just prior to the commencement of the hand painted work and wish to have their shoes returned to them after receiving the bespoke illustration, a £50.00 design fee will become payable.

Full payment through PayPal or by cheque must be made prior to despatch of the client’s completed shoes. Postage is extra and will be added to the final invoice which will be sent prior to the despatch of the Client’s shoes.
